Reid joins me per usual to hit on a wide range of topics.  After running down the latest injuries, we have a free flowing conversation talking about the latest trends around the NHL and what to make of them going forward.  Among the talking points are Blake Wheeler’s dominance, the Rangers hot streak, elite goaltenders turning it around and Jason Zucker’s hot streak. As always, we wrap things up with our picks for the Three Point Challenge.  Be sure to make your pick below.  All of that and more on the latest edition of the Razzball Hockey Podcast!

After months of waiting, Matt Duchene has finally been traded!  We spend almost the entire episode breaking down the recent blockbuster where Duchene moved to Ottawa, Kyle Turris went to Nashville, and Colorado received a pile of future assets.  Who won and lost the trade for both now and the long term?  What can Samuel Girard, Shane Bowers and Vladislav Kamenev bring to the table for Colorado?  What is the fantasy impact for these players along with their new linemates?  Every angle is looked at thoroughly to give you in-depth analysis on this trade.  After that, we make our picks for The Three Point Challenge.  Be sure to make your pick in the comments section below.  All of that and more on the latest edition of the Razzball Hockey Podcast!

After two weeks, Reid and I are back!  We start off with a injury rundown focusing on a bunch of goalies that went down on top of Patrick Eaves being diagnosed with an extremely rare disorder.  Then we talk about teams that have started off very well and whether we’re buying or selling the hot start.  The opposite end of the spectrum is looked at next with how high our panic level is for five teams that started poorly.  We do another buy/sell with regards to individual players before making our picks for the Three Point Challenge.  Be sure to make your pick in the comments section below.  All of that and more on the latest edition of the Razzball Hockey Podcast!

We have actual hockey to talk about!  After Reid gets me to voice my displeasure with the USMNT for a couple minutes, we get to some teams who have had hot starts, notably the Vegas Golden Knights.  After running down the list of surprises and disappointments, we zoom in and look at individual players who have stood out, positively or negatively, in the early going and how that’s impacting our fantasy decisions going forward.  We wrap things up with a preview of Thursday’s games and bring back The Three Point Challenge!  Be sure to make your picks in the comments section below.  All of that and more on the latest edition of the Razzball Hockey Podcast!

It’s opening night!  After looking at some recent injuries, signings, and demotions, Reid and I finish our season preview by looking at the Western Conference over/unders and prop bets.  Lines also came out for the Art Ross, Rocket Richard, Norris and Vezina Trophies so we look at all of the available options and pick some bets where we see fit.  We close by previewing opening night along with a couple games from Thursday and Friday night.  All of that and more in the latest edition of the Razzball Hockey Podcast!

Although this podcast isn’t directly about fantasy hockey, it’s one of my favorite of the year.  Reid joins me as always to look at the over/under totals for every team in the Eastern Conference.  We talk about each team, whether we like the over or under, and if we are confident enough to actually bet it.  We also look at the division odds, Eastern Conference championship and Stanley Cup odds for the necessary teams along with prices for the Hart Trophy.  All of that and more in the latest edition of the Razzball Hockey Podcast brought to you by LeagueSafe!

It’s Reid’s favorite episode when he gets to tear apart my rankings!  We start off recapping all of the latest news, notably Anaheim and Ottawa, two Conference Finalists from a year ago, already being gutted by injuries.  After that, the new rule changes are discussed and if there is any impact in fantasy.  Then Reid gets his turn bringing up his biggest qualms with my rankings and I get to defend myself.  At least he said I don’t have anything as crazy as some of ESPN’s rankings!  All of that and more in the latest edition of the Razzball Hockey Podcast brought to you by League Safe!

Reid joins me after his trip to California to discuss the Pacific Division.  After I discuss the RCL’s being launched, we look at each team and decide if they should be better, worse, or the same for the upcoming season.  Afterwards, we look at players that could break out, continue to progress or guys that will regress.  To conclude, each of us predict the final standings for the division.  There are a couple teams that both of us like more than consensus and a couple that we are down on.  All of that and more on the latest edition of the Razzball Hockey Podcast brought to you by League Safe!

The NHL’s Central Division saw the division winner from 2015-16 miss the playoffs last season, the 2016-17 division winner lost in the first round to the 4th place team who went on to make the Cup finals. Once again, the Central is loaded with offensive talent which is great for our fantasy teams. Reid and I talk about which teams got better and worse, breakout players, players who will regress and then our predicted order of finish for 2017-18. I even steal Reid’s hot take by having the same take first! All of those topics and more on the latest edition of the Razzball NHL Hockey Podcast brought to you by League Safe!
