We’re back and based on Reid’s quote, you should buckle up!  Out of context quotes are the best!  Per usual, we start off by updating the most recent injuries around the league and how it affects players in Tampa Bay and Manhattan.  We follow that up by talking about Connor McDavid‘s first career hat trick, the red hot Jeff Carter and Nathan MacKinnonMarian Hossa‘s revival, the future goalie in Tampa posting another shutout and Cam Ward randomly getting hot.  We then move on to the Three Point Challenge before we add some other recent news that we skipped over, namely scratches of Shayne Gostisbehere and John Klingberg and Alexander Radulov‘s excellent play.  Better late than never!  All of that and more in the latest edition of the Razzball Hockey Podcast!

    12 teamer with hits/blocks/faceoffs/PPP and points as extra category. keep 7. h2h. start 4 C/2 of each winger/ 1 F/ 1 W/ 1 util slot
    C dubinsky/kesler/johansen/mackinnon
    LW kane (BUF)/voracek/sheary/jenner
    RW eaves/brouwer/backes/perry
    D (6) goligoski/phaneouf/e.johnson/krug/green/de haan/mcdonagh
    G (2) price/ward/helly
    IR/IR+ hanzal/neuvirth
    1. drop who to activate hanzal (probably jenner)
    2. drop anybody else for shaw/uncle leo/dano/niederriter/?
team is strong in shots/hits and somewhat faceoffs and ok in blocks but weak in every thing else for skaters. maybe brouwer is a drop for one of these.
    3. go back to spurgeon over de haan? spurgeon is way behind in hits, ahead in blocks, barely ahead in shots, and points for now.

@Aubrey Plaza’s Pillow: Yeah, it’s Jenner or Sheary depending on what you’re looking for. Nah i would hold the guys you have over those four. I guess you could do Nino for Brouwer but it depends on the stats I guess. All depends on the categories you’re looking for, it’s pretty clear what each guy is good at.

I’m going with Mitch Marner for three. It’s going to be a basket of apples but three none the less. Additionally, he’s going to get a nasty cut from a high stick. That’s because Mitches get stitches.

Great Stuff guys. YOu are mentioning that nesterov is the “Quarterback” of the Tampa Power Play right now. Do you see this in the future? IS he a good guy for dynasty Leagues as well with his 23 Years ?

@Saints: there’s a chance he is, yeah. I find it strange it’s not Hedman but maybe they don’t want him to be. It’s far from a guarantee but possibly

G A SHOTS HIT BLOCKS PIM STP

Came here before asking about a trade of his SIMMONDS for my PAVELSKI. Recently he has included MACkinnon in the trade. I should do it, huh?

@No Avatar: Yeah, as good as Simmonds is with the addition of hits, I think you have to make this move. Depending on your team you may have to stream some hits but that’s easy enough to do, take the two high powered offensive guys.
