Hey guys, Sven here back with another Buy/Sell/Hold. I will simply be looking at what these particular players have done performance-wise so far this season, and what I anticipate. Let me know if you guys like this type of content!

ALL STATS ARE AS OF THE MORNING OF DECEMBER 20

BUY:

Paul Stastny – 6GP 1-1-2. Fresh into the lineup, the Golden Knights are going to rely on Stastny to provide some key secondary scoring if they want to win games. With Patches on the shelf, he and Tuch will have to find some chemistry. It’s a gamble, but the minutes will be there.

Colin White – 34GP 9-14-23. With Duchene on the shelf, White has become the #1C on this young Sens team. With 1-3-4 in his last three games and playing a ton, he’s a solid streaming option right now. With Duchene just being activated off the IR this production may have earned White some more ice.

Alex Edler – 22GP 3-9-12. Four points in his last six, and up over 25 mins of ATOI recently. If there is going to be any Canucks scoring from the back-end, it will likely come from the veteran Edler.

Anthony Cirelli – 35GP 9-4-13. It is hard to call anyone on Tampa a buy when their scoring is so spread out, but Cirelli’s TOI is slowly creeping up. Additionally, he is a solid rookie option if you currently aren’t satisfied.

Bryan Rust – 34GP 7-7-14. Rust is showing signs of the scoring touch he had in the Pens’ playoff runs. I take it he will score in bunches much like the other players of his caliber, so keep your eye out.

Alex Iafallo – 35GP 7-10-17. Iafallo has put together a solid stretch at #1LW for the lowly Kings. I’m not sure how sustainable this is, but hopefully Kopitar will pick it up as well and keep this thing going.

SELL:

Zach Werenski – 33GP 5-11-16. Werenski would be a hold if his TOI was a bit more consistent (season ATOI is 21:39), but his ice dips below 20 minutes far too frequently. He is still seen as a solid #2D guy by most, so you would hopefully get a solid return.

HOLD:

Jonathan Drouin – 35GP 11-18-29. The Habs don’t seem to be slowing down in the ever-competitive Atlantic Division (thank Price for that), and Drouin continues to chip in points. Don’t let the negative %OWN change on ESPN phase you.

Colin Miller – 36GP 2-15-17. Despite Schmidt AND Theodore in the lineup and healthy, Miller continues to pack on STP despite the decrease in TOI. Hold in deeper leagues.
