With the trade deadline coming on Monday, I didn’t want to do an updated hold / stream list until next week since so much is going to change over the next three days. We’re approaching the home stretch with head to head playoffs starting soon, and roto leagues having people starting to make up starts, or having to sit guys to stay below pace. Since a detailed post today would be somewhat of a waste of my time given that a lot of the information could quickly become irrelevant (I’m looking at you Claude Giroux), I’m simply asking for some of your feedback today.
If you could take the time to write a quick response in the comments section today, it would be greatly appreciated. What are you happy with in terms of my posts? What don’t you like? Is there something specific that you’d like to see covered over the last six weeks of the season that you think would help you out? Is there something you want to be covered in the future e.g. a different type of weekly post that I do? Obviously there are only two of us writing on the hockey side of things so I can’t promise more than the 4-5 posts a week that we normally do, but I’d like to improve things where necessary.
Additionally, please let me know if you want me to do the Playoff Schedule Manifesto again. It’s become a staple of my annual posts, but it does take quite a bit of time to go through every team’s schedule for the last month of the season. For those that are unfamiliar, you can read an example from the past here. If enough people want me to do it, I definitely will, so please let that be known as well.
I’m keeping this short and sweet. If there are some big trades that happen over the weekend, I will have a post about them on Monday. Otherwise, I’m going to hold off until Tuesday where I’m going to break down all of the fantasy relevant trades in detail. I’m traveling for poker at the moment so I don’t think there will be a live trade deadline post, but I’ll edit this if that changes.
