It’s that time again. Friday/Sunday stream targets to finish out the week. Get those claims in today so you don’t miss out! Unless you’re in one of them fancy same-day adds leagues. Only two teams on the Friday/Sunday docket this week: the Nucks and Krakheads. Good news is there’s a lot of value sitting on these two squads, just sitting there waiting for you to scoop it up.

Note: For the sake of uniformity and convenience on my part, only players rostered in less than 50% of Yahoo leagues will be included. Also, a “***” denotes a priority stream, in my humble opinion.

Seattle Kraken (v. COL, v. WSH)

***Jordan Eberle (44%): Eberle is on quite the heater over the last couple of weeks. In that time, he’s got 6 G, 2 A, 2 PPP, 14 SOG, 6 H, and even 3 BLK for good measure. Doing a little bit of everything, which is good enough to clock in as the #55 overall player over the last 14 days in a league of mine. Seeing good minutes and top PP time. Easy priority stream for this weekend if he’s there for you.

Jaden Schwartz (27%): Schwartz has 6 PTS (2 G, 4 A) and 20 SOG over the last 14 days. Not the worst, especially those shot totals. He sees a lotta minutes so there’s a chance he does something for ya.

Yanni Gourde (26%): Gourde sees top-six minutes and has 2 G, 12 SOG, and 10 H over the last couple of weeks. Add him to pad your peripherals a little and hope for the odd point or two.

Jamie Oleksiak (14%): Welp, if you need hits help, Oleksiak utterly crunches bodies. His 52 hits rank among the league’s best. He’s extra valuable in PIM leagues, as he’s already got 24 of those too.

***Alex Wennberg (14%): Mr. Wennberg has points in five straight after tallying a goal and six assists in that span (and 12 SOG ain’t too shabby either). Two of those 7 PTS have come on the PP. Fun fact: only 2 of Wennberg’s 9 A on the year have been secondary. Daddy likey. I’m gonna call this guy a priority stream given his widespread availability and C/LW eligibility.

Vancouver Canucks (v. WPG, v. CHI)

***Nils Hoglander (18%): It had been a whole lotta “nils” on the scoresheet for Hoglander lately (lol see what I did there? Don’t you love when people point out their own jokes…), but the last three games (excluding whatever happened yesterday, cuz I’m writing this before games started) have been great: 4 G, 1 A, and 12 SOG. That’s what I’m talkin’ about. Extend that back a few more games and he’s got 5 G in his last six. The real concern with Nils is the ice time; it’s been so up and down. At this very moment, he’s slotted top line (which is really kind of a second line) and second power play. And simply put, dude’s feeling it. Streaming dudes who are feeling it is the spice of life, is it not? Priority stream for that reason.

Tyler Myers (10%): And as always, Mr. Tyler Myers is always a good bet for bangs. He has 33 BSH (my fancy metric of blocks+shots+hits) over the last two weeks. Solid banger category material right there.
