Brent Seabrook’s overtime goal past Steve Mason gave the Chicago Blackhawks a 4-3 win last night and a 21-game unbeaten streak to open the season at 18-0-3. In just his fifth NHL start, goaltender Chad Johnson turned aside all 21 Nashville shots and Phoenix posted a 4-0 win over the Predators Monday night in Glendale, Ariz. So ol’ Geno is ailing. Shocker. I can’t say I’m surprised but it is disappointing after I hyped him in the preseason. The Pen’s are acting all weird about the injury and even went so far as to sit Geno the entire game yesterday only to bring him out for a power play in the 3rd Period.
